MS-100S

MS-100S can do processing a wide variety of devices from soft material to hard material. It is not necessary to buy several devices for destruction of sensitive materials, so you can save cost.
Cartridge Magnetic Tape (DLT, LTO), CDs, DVDs, Blue-Ray discs, Magneto-optical drives, Floppy Disks, 2.5"Hard Disk Drives, Cell Phones, Flash Memory (USB flash drives, 2.5"SSDs, memory cards etc..), Credit Cards, Small PCB's/Components, Small Electronic Devices, Casino chips, Keys are now available to destruct physically with MS-100S.

Different from ordinary shredding methods, "Crush-cut (patented in U.S.)" method was applied, so MS-100S can crush hard materials like Keys which have never disposed by existing data shredder.

So MS-100S has been used widely not only for secure disposal of personal files and other sensitive data but also for the prototype and defective products such as Cell Phones, PCB's/components are now available to destruct physically with MS-100S.

Crush cut

Different from ordinary shredding methods, "Crush-cut (patented in U.S.)" method was applied.
This method is the same as the method of making sand (crushing stones), so MS-100S can crush hard materials like Keys which have never disposed by existing data shredder. Sensitive materials are reduced to unrecognizable and non-restorable bits in seconds.

Size of waste material

Size of waste material is determined by size of exit screen hole, which is determined by user.

Materials that are not able to pass through the exit screen hole are crushed again in the crushing chambar. Therefore small materials like Flash Memory and IC can be crushed.

Safety Functions

MASTER KEY

MS-100S can not be operated without master key. So only authorized operator who has master key can work with MS-100S.

CIRCUIT BREAKER

Power is automatically OFF when the over current circumstance is continued more than the limit for electric circuit and/or motor.

EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH

Emergency Stop Switch is located beside input slot. For safety reason its switch is large size for easy pushing.

OVER LOAD AUTO STOP

In case detector received information of over current for certain period MS-100S will stop automatically.

LIMIT SWITCHES

All doors have limit switches. When the doors was opened during a process, operation is stopped automatically, however, improper opening of the door is prevented by the key lock.

Easy Operation

After push ON switch, and materials to be disposed are simply inserted in a slot on top of MS-100S.

Shining ramp flashing interval (time distance) inform speed of putting materials into a slot.

When disposal container becomes full of disposed pieces, operation is stopped automatically.

Dust Collector is equipped as standard specification

Dust collector is equipped as standard specification to avoid dust going out of MS-100S.

You can change size of waste material

Size of waste material can be controled by size of exit screen hole (Materials should be crushed in crusing chamber until getting smaller size than hole of exit screen). Therefore small materials like Flash Memory and IC tip can be crushed.

Crush & Separation at same process

Crushed Scrap by our Security Crushers is going to be separated Metal tip, Plastic, PC board etc naturally. So after the crushing it will be getting more easy to separate by magnet, by hand for material recycling.
We have developed own unique hammer crusher mechanism which will make Crush & Mixing for natural separation at same time. Also our Security Crushers are using exit screen which is useful to separate material with difference of durability and character. (This technology has been approved by Recycling org. of natural resource.)
